Spent the last twenty summers touring, learning, and working 42 different whisky distilleries in the Highland/Islands of Scotland with strong emphasis on The Macallan Single Malt Whisky.
Jeff Arnett was named the seventh Master Distiller of the Jack Daniel Distillery in 2008. His supervision of the entire whiskey-making process of milling, yeasting, fermentation, distillation, charcoal mellowing and maturation ensures the world's top-selling whiskey label is both in constant supply and true to Jack's guiding belief that "Every day we make it, we'll make it the best we can."
Rachael holds an expert level certificate in the Sales and Service of Scotch Whisky from the Scotch Whisky Heritage Center in Edinburgh as well as a certificate from the Filson Bourbon Academy. She has led classes and tastings independently since 2012, and is one of only two women in the U.S. to call herself a "Scotch Sommelier."

Received the honor, 'Keeper of the Quaich' in Scotland in April 2013 in recognition for his contributions to the Scotch Whisky industry.
Mr. Henderson presides over every aspect of the company's production, operations, and innovation. Before the opportunity to partner with his father to create Angel's Envy, he served as President and COO of Master Distiller Select, providing consultancy services to craft distillers. Mr. Henderson was also President and CEO of Conecuh Ridge Distillery, a storied craft whiskey, and Division President of a subsidiary of Tyco International.
Philip has worked in the hospitality industry for over 16 years and was trained by Sasha Petrosky on classic cocktails at Milk & Honey and The Randolph at Broome.
In July 2013, Todd was honored with the prestigious award of Best American Brand Ambassador of the year at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards for his work with the Sidney Frank Importing portfolio.

Class 1: Jack Daniel’s Academy with Jeff Arnett, Master Distiller.
Class 2: Highland, Island, and Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whiskies with Philip Pepperdine, Bowmore Brand Ambassador.
Class 3: Focus on Double Wood Maturation with Todd Richman, Diageo Master of Whisky.
Second Session, 9:15 pm to 10:00 pm
Class 4: Wine and Whiskey Aroma Master Class with Kim Lahiri, Aroma Nosing Academy, Scotland.
Class 5: Angel’s Envy with Wes Henderson, Master Ambassador and Chief Innovation Officer.
Class 6: Cigar and Whisky Pairing with Glenfiddich Ambassador Struan Grant Ralph and C&C Dram Club Cigars Founder Joe Chiusano.
Guests are reminded that this event is for appreciation, not intoxication. Obviously impaired guests will not be allowed to remain at the event.
